This research paper is based on a survey carried out on the Middle East by groups of 3-5 students. The survey looked at various aspect of the Middle East including the language that is widely spoken, the number of countries making up the Middle East, as well other ethics, and geographical or historical aspect associated with the Middle East. Voting was used in the survey in which the chosen response was the one wining the majority of votes on the various variables of research.

The survey was conducted in the Middle East to establish the various aspects of culture and various practices in the region. Unlike secondary method of data collection, primary methods of data collection are more expensive and tedious due to the massive resources used. In the case of this research, moving from one place to another throughout the Middle east region may be unrealistic and unachievable especially give the time and money constraints that exist. It may require the researchers to higher various agents in different regions to ease the collection of data and enhance the reality of the data. This research uses a generalization aspect of research from a conducted sample survey.
The sample survey is designed in a way that and individual would indicate the number of votes out of a total of one hundred votes in each case of question regarding an aspect or variable of research on the Middle East. The researcher checks on the validity of each question by establishing which of the provided answers earn the highest number of votes. The sample survey is set in a manner that is very easy to understand due to high level of clarity and assumed accurateness. Some answers are fixed while others only rely on the number of votes placed on them.
Secondary data Collection Method
The secondary data collection methods used in this case provided information that is beyond the reach of primary methods, specifically sample surveys in this case. Primary data could be incapacitated in some aspects of the research and therefore information beyond the researchers reach is obtained using secondary data collection method. Issues on the Middle East related to a certain past may not be determined through sample surveys or any other method of data collecting that is involved direct interaction of the researcher and the information being searched. The background information for the research makes use of secondary data from various publications, journal article, and the internet. This means that the secondary data can hardly be avoided in the research as they cover those areas in which the research cannot get adequate information with the use of primary methods of data collection.
Finding
The research used sample surveys to establish various aspects of the Middle East that were of key importance in the research. Among the various languages that were being researched, Arabic language was found to be the most spoken language in the Middle East. Others languages that were being studied included Hebrew, Persian, Kurdish, Urdu and Turkish. The Arabic language took the majority of the votes casted concerning which language was the widely spoken. Hebrew and Persian tied with five votes while Kurdish language earned a single vote. Urdu and Turkish were found to be languages whose existence was not found in the Middle East as they earned Zero Votes.
In terms or the writing style of the Arabic language, it was found that Arabic is written from the right the left as this answer earned 51 votes. It was surprising that some respondents did not know how the Arabic language is written with 20 percent of them arguing that it is left to right five percent saying that it is from top to down and three percent saying it is down to top. The same case was seen when considering the number of alphabets in Arabic language. In this research, it was found to be 28 as answered by 41 percent of the respondents.
In terms of the number of countries making up the Middle East, respondents established that it was 22 although some of them hardly new about the exact number of countries making up the region. It was also found that the 2022 world cup championship would be held in Qatar. Concerning social issues in the region, 41 percent of the respondents agreed on the fact that relatives of spouses fund their wedding expenses, and 32 percent agreed that teenagers hardly leave their parents on coming to age. 42 percent of the respondents agreed that the standardized greeting for friends and family in the Arabic world is a handshake followed by a kiss on every chick.
Self-assessment of the survey
The survey was great but has some limitations on the data collected. The data can hardly be presented in a comparison manor of various methods. It is not clear how the sample survey came up with the results in terms of individual questionnaires, personal interview, or observations. The survey could have incorporated the most appropriate methods of primary data collection.
Conclusion
The Middle East is portraying by the research as a center for many aspects of culture, religion, political, and social grounds. The research hardly indicates any aspect of economy, which could be used to describe some issues on the social differences existing in the Middle East. Despite any results obtained, the region is a global center of apprehension and the economic aspects should be included in future research.
